We had an amazing stay. The staff was friendly, and they went out of their way to help us. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed it a lot.
Not obvious to find parking.

Spent a delightful Christmas holiday at a hotel in Tsaghkadzor. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with heated flooring and high-quality bedding. The breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable, with a range of light and filling options. The location should be a critical consideration, as there are plenty of activities nearby that will keep you excited and entertained throughout your stay.
The showerheads lacked flexibility, making it challenging to adjust the pressure, and the water temperature was not as consistent as expected. This flaw is the only one in the room but might become a hassle for those traveling with a family.

What a great experience! the breakfast was delicious and abundant. the location was perfect, really close to all the main attractions and with a stunning view. Another great aspect was the cleanliness, the room and the bathroom were impeccable. the staff was incredibly friendly and always available to help us.
The fact that the food served was more suited to local tastes, so if you expect international cuisine you may not be fully satisfied.
